Now that everyone has hopefully had enough time to recover from the events regarding those tunnels and the mysterious creature within...

I have been thinking about that quite a bit, I must confess. Isn't it intriguing that, even in a world so developed and known as this, there are still mysteries spread throughout it?

Species we are not familiar with. Legendaries that evade all attempts to be known. Macaroni and cheese boxes which boast about their cheesiness and which yet contain no packet.

[One of these things is not like the other.]

So, my question to others in our predicament is... What mysteries have held your attention, whether in this place, or your homelands?

For myself, personally, I have ended up stumbling onto the answers of many practical matters. Medicine, food, things of that nature. It is still incredible to me how Johto and Kanto manage to handle it all so readiliy, to the point that even travelers such as ourselves can live comfortably with some effort.

Yet I wonder more about these Legendaries as well, and what an interesting presence they possess....

[Dimitri, at any rate, is far more interested in listening to the retelling of events going on here. It's all a great deal of new words, but, well, he thinks he can understand for the most part if he doesn't linger on the details for too long. A lake got a new water source, but the water source affected both a place and its people negatively because of different creatures, and it became a problem.]

[Simplify it down, and such things are easy to understand.]

I see... Indeed, it sounds as though it were quite a trial! I hope that everything ended well?

Eventually, yeah! It took the combined efforts of all of us, including one of the Gorgs- ah, giants that live outside Fraggle Rock -to really fix everything. But we got the Craggles their water back, we cleaned up the Merggles' environment and our Great Hall pool, and we even figured out how to keep the waterfall around.

It was a pretty stressful time I gotta tell ya, but it all worked out in the end at least!

What an adventure it was! Still, it is good to see that, in the end, when it truly mattered, everyone was able to unite to help one another.

[If only all trials could be dealt with in such a manner.]

And the reward, surely, must have been worth all the stress that you had to go through.

I guess you could say that? Life certainly went back to normal, which was pretty neat of course. And a couple weeks after all that, we were able to celebrate the Night of the Lights, a holiday for us Fraggles, which I don't think we'd have been able to do otherwise.

Exactly! One way or another, things went well, and people were happy.

Sometimes, at the end of the day... Simple happiness is all that we can ask for.

Simple happiness is all I've ever strived for, I think. It's what we Fraggles kinda do anyway. Finding what speaks to in here. [He taps his chest.] And most times the answer isn't even as hard as others try to make it.

Sometimes, the answer is just a little song, or spending time with those you care about most, or just... [He trails off, then half-shrugs with a smile.] Putting all your cares on the shelf for a moment, worrying about your worries later. Things can wait, usually. If you don't take care'a you, you can't take care of anything else, you know?

....You are correct in all matters, I believe. Truly, you have a wisdom that many would benefit from.

I think for some of us, it was very hard to find such an answer until we arrived here, in this place. Here, far away from the things which would trouble us so. I suppose it helps to put it all in perspective, the value of simple happiness.
