Okay, so explain to me why we can own bicycles, but actual motorcycles are not even for sale? I'm literally confused about this.

I just want a motorcycle again. I miss riding them. So badly. If anyone knows where to buy one, please.

Something about how the walkways need to be safe for people and pokémon, which makes no sense because a bicycle can be just as dangerous.

I kind of get it- it's harder for motorbikes to stop on a dime, plus the actual speed the bike can get can cause major damage to someone's body, not just simple cuts and bruises...

But that's only for people who don't know how to drive them! They can use a license system!

Make a road that's only for motor vehicles. That would solve any issue of people being on foot and maybe keep pokémon away.

I don't know, but it's a little weird not to see them when so much of the other tech here is so advanced.

You get it. This place has teleportation devices and little capsules that can hold giant creatures... but no motorbikes. How does that make any sense?

I guess since Pokémon get used for transport so much it makes sense there'd be less motorised vehicles, but you'd still think there would be more.

Have you tried in the bigger cities? It seems like it's more common then, but even then I think that's mostly for transporting goods. I don't know if I've ever seen motorbikes there.

Right. I'm doing well enough riding my Pokémon, but motorized machines would let them save their energy for battle.

Right? It also cuts down on travel time in general! If it was a license thing, alright, but outright being not allowed to? I don't get it.

Maybe it's for safety? Motor vehicles would probably cause more accidents, and this world doesn't seem as equipped to handle human injuries.

Still, the solution...is to build more human hospitals.

What's a motorcycle

Before I answer: do you know what a bicycle is. Either from learning about them here or otherwise.

I think it's an environment thing? You can probably find one if you look hard enough, but it might be a little rough riding them on routes and stuff.

I mean, I get that, but then you have the bikers. Why do they get to have one and we don't???

I'm an engineer and man, it still surprises me how there are like, no vehicles anywhere. Just pokemon and pokemon related machinery.

Now that you've mentioned it, yeah, you're right. It makes no sense for there not to be any mode of transportation (save trains and some other things) that aren't related to pokemon... are the people here too reliant on them, maybe?

While I haven't seen much of this place yet, the routes so far seem poorly structured for something like a motorcycle.

What's the appeal, anyway? A...n ex-colleague from home has a motorbike himself, almost like a weird pet or something. I don't get it.

Even so, they should still let us-- there's cars and mopeds, for Christ's sake!

The appeal is in the travel- the way the wind feels while going that fast, the world speeding by-- there's a lot.

Motorcycles aren't for sale here? Damn. That sucks.

So I've heard. I'm not exactly sure how accurate I am about that. Either way, still sucks. I want my motorcycle rights back.
