His investigation takes him on the road to Lavender Town. It's probably a good thing that rotom continued to follow him around, because he ends up running into a robotic ralts on the way there. ]

OH GOD! [ Luca ducks out of the way, just barely avoiding the pokemon's blade. They proceed to chase him down the road. ]

He wants to see how advanced, but he's having trouble getting himself signed up for a tour. No, a "virtual tour" of the plant does not count for him, it must be in person... ]
