Seeing the Nihilego's crowd up on Bean, ignoring her warning roars - of course a certain Lucario was going to step into the fight. He skidded between Bean and the offending beasts, although he didn't give any warning growls. A sphere of light engulfed him, hardening into a shell that cracked open, revealing his Mega Evolution. Only then did he howl, his voice echoing. It didn't deter them, but he hadn't intended for it to. Danny threw himself into battle, throwing out Aura Spheres and Flash Canons at any that dared to approach the group. In his battlelust, he also didn't realise that his Flash Cannons were doing far more damage than the Aura Spheres.

Ash ran over, following Danny and holding a deeply distressed Holokai to his chest. Diarmuid ran past, to secure the other flank as Danny seemed to have 'his' side covered. "Dude, where do we put these people? I dunno if these things can get indoor or not-" He knew that they needed to get people out of here, but he had no idea where 'safe' was. ANd he's a bit distracted by 'wtf are these things', 'oh god this situation is a nightmare' and 'my precious Raichu is freaking out'.
